Having the same problem over here, with the same tuner (pvr150MCE).
Tuner 55 isn 't tuning the higher channels. I use tuner 38, picture
quality isn 't as good as my pvr350, but I can tune all channels.
Sometimes however, some channels seem to disappear for a while (only
static).
Since using 0.3.2h audio quality is really bad. It sounds like
overdriven sometimes, sometimes ok.
