I doubt changing frequency tables to something that certainly isn't correct is going to help. If us cable hrc works under windows, that's what you should be using under Linux as well. The problem more likely than not exists elsewhere. > I'm using comcast cable. Has anyone else had success with the tuner > type 47? If so, can you tell me your setup? The PVR-150 I gave my modules.conf setup for earlier in this thread has a type 47 tuner. Works perfectly w/Comcast here (though Comcast in my area doesn't use hrc). I just went back to some of the stuff you wrote earlier, I think I missed something... I'd suggest removing everything in /lib/modules/<kernelversion>/extra/ and /lib/modules/<kernelversion>/v4l2/, then download, build and install ivtv 0.3.2i and see what you get. You have quite a few different modules from a few different places, none of which is probably as up-to-date as what's in ivtv 0.3.2i. Worth a shot anyhow, since that's the combo that is working on my end. Also, the 'alias tveeprom tveeprom-ivtv' line in modprobe.conf isn't going to do you any good, that's specific to an ATrpms ivtv install. -- Jarod Wilson [EMAIL PROTECTED]
