Hi Tyler, Thanks for the response. As noted in earlier emails I have tried all values of modprobe audiofmt=X for 0x00 through 0x43. The value of 0x0a produces a very quiet hiss, and a buzzing that sounds a lit like an electrical arc. The audiofmt parameter is clearly having an effect on the audio decoding, but not the desired one. I also notice the video reception is not as good in Linux as it appears in Windows. This makes me wonder if either the tuner parameters are incorrect, or the card is somehow in the wrong PAL mode, e.g. D/K instead of B/G. Any thoughts?
