Hi,
Well it looks like things are closer but I only get static when I do a capture from /dev/video0. I have tried switching through all the channels using
/usr/lib/ivtv/ptune-ui.pl and
/mplayer -vo xv /dev/video0
Nothing but static and no sound. I have also tried ivtvctl -u 0xff -p ( 0 thru 8) -f width=720, height=576 and then done a capture to try all possible inputs - still nothing but static with no sound.
Should I be worried about the 2 lines below from the dmesg output?:

I am using driver 0.3.2i with Jarod's patch file palsecam_tveetuner_updates-032i.patch and a minimal modprobe.conf (below)
