Not sure about the lockup's but I know your not getting the correct
modules loaded for your  board. I had similar ivtv log output and
always got static on every channel.

The no radio present is the key.

I'm running FC3 using ATrpm's as per Jarod's guide.The tricky part is
that there is module overlap between V4L2, IVTV and the base kernel. I
think you need to install the IVTV last to make sure nothing get's
overwritten.  I was close to having it working before and the IVTV
logs looked good except it was complaining about the radio on the 500
mce. Now that it's working that message is gone from the log. Bottom
line is that I was loading either the wrong tveeprom or tuner module.
It was close but not quite there.
