Hi, Not having examined the code in full detail, it seems like itv->has_itvc15 isn't always true in this code when you combine the 150 with an older card (250/350). This would explain why reversing the fix works. It also explains why you're not having problems (if you're running with just a 150 card).
It doesn't always hang the card. My best way to reproduce this was to activate PiP in Mythtv and swapping the pictures (tuning both tuners to a different channels at the same time). I could only do this 2 times before and have now done 10 without it hanging.
