I am not "using it" per say. But it might be configured in mythtv and
trying to function. When I first started setting this up (sept 04) I
was conversion with someone that relied on CC and I may have played with
settings to assist. I cannot remember. If I did, it not functioning
properly. I get no CC text.

I will check it in the morning to see if this is the case.

On a side note, I really need to check that safewrite routine in mythtv.
It isn't working right. When its recording and it runs out of disk
space it floods the logs with (safewrite blahblah out of disk space).
So I woke up this morning and my vid drive was at 100% , my cache drive
was at 100% and my root was at 99.5% (where log is) I killed mythbacked
just in time. Is it still true that when linux's root partition fills
up, it explodes permanently? Or have they made improvements on that
front since '96. Sorry bit off topic rambling here. Sorry to take your
time. Gnight.

and 150 to work stable

I'm not sure what would cause this, really not much changed between
those
versions to cause such a change, actual behavior should be duplicated
of older versions unless your using VBI.

Thanks,
