Took some time to do some more tests.

0.3.2h seems as stable as 0.3.2f for me. No freezes, no jumpiness...

Please note, I was not getting any DMA errors at all, not on f either,
only the freezes in Myth when skipping/jumping when using a version
higher than 0.3.2h.

Also tried the pcitweak settings, but I don't see any difference (but
hey, I wasn't getting DMA errors anyway).

This is all on an ASUS P4P800 board with an Intel P4 and 2 PVR350's.
