Here's what I have, I did some rearranging of the code while I was at it.
I may have broken S-Video output since I was working out which
settings weren't needed and haven't fully tested that, but plugging
the old settings back into the segment would be easy enough.

This definitely breaks cx25840ctl since I haven't converted those functions yet.
