Besides changing the functions used in the ioctl for those in the 
cx25840-driver.c source, no, they right now are cleanly compatible with
the method (so didn't require much extra work) used for the saa7115,
the ivtvctl program knows no difference.  I'm sure it's not too hard of task,
just need to make a unique option for that and widen the structure used and
use the newer read/write functions to send 16 bit values instead of 8.
