The 0.3 branch will support both cards. You just might have to change some options so that each card has the right settings. I have a PVR-150MCE on it's way right now, so I will be in the same situation in a few days, since I'm currently running a PVR-350. I hope all goes smooth for you as I'm hoping it will for me. Seems like there's a lot of stuff going on right now with those cards, with people having very mixed results. Looks like most of it is getting consolidated pretty quick though.
