Jarod, What version of ivtv are you using for your PVR-500? I got mine right around the time ivtv 3.2.0p came out and haven't had any luck with any of the recent versions. I laso haven't tried any older versions... Also, I know a lot of these cards might not be exactly the same even though they all say "PVR-500" on the box, so I've included some dmesg output for comparison.
