This adds the recent patches for the pvr150/500 audio/tuner fixes, svideo to comp/tun transition fixes. Also fixes the decoder so it always goes to black now after a top, where you ask it to show black for the last frame. I have gotten the YUV decoding code cleaned up so it technically should work, should do everything correct as to our knowledge, although we still don't have display output (shows the last decoded frame, or whatever YUV buffer it is seeing, but no updates for our data we are inputing). It reads the entire YUV file and happily runs the interrupts now, really seems close, but there's something missing.
