After a whole bunch of playing around, I've finally got everything
working. For the benefit of the archive, here's what I did to get
both video and audio working.

First of all, I've gotten it working with various versions of the
drivers. I'm currently using 0.3.2z and everything is working great.

First of all, download the source tar you want to use. Follow the
instructions in doc/QuickSetup. Now I did notice that there are a
couple of things missing in the instructions. First of all, the
wm8775 mixer should be set to 1, not 2. I haven't been able to get
audio working at all with it set to 2.

You'll also need the following 3 lines in modprobe.conf:
alias char-major-81 videodev
alias char-major-81-0 ivtv
alias char-major-81-1 ivtv

I also noticed that I needed a reboot before things were working
properly. Hope this helps out some other people.
