This redoes the way I was locking for the saa7127 vbi output to use a safer wait method, and not use spin_lock_irqsave() since it's not in interrupt time. Also a check for preventing repeating characters, and better waiting for the last vbi packet to be sent to the saa7127 before getting the next packet.
