I have the same exact card (tuner 47, and everything). I was having the same problem (not getting the cx25840 module to accept the no_black_magic option). I ended up upgrading my kernel from 2.6.8 to 2.6.11 and it started accepting that parameter, allowing my card to work. While I can't say for sure that there isn't a simpler way to fix this, it worked for me.
