There's also the problem with the incorrect audio input being selected, even with my patch (since backpanel line in is 2 not 1). You'll probably still have the bleedthrough after the patch, but you should be able to fix it by just using ivtvctl -q 2 after you've set the video input. Let us know how it works for you.
