I tried several thing this weekend and still get these same results.
Tried installing Windows and then remembered I need a floppy with the
SATA drivers. No floppy drive, no spare IDE, therefore no Windows.
Guess I'll have to spring for a third HD (don't tell the wife).

Sorry to answer my own post, but I have had _some_ progress in this:
With the settings:
mythtv root # cat /etc/modules.d/ivtv
alias char-major-81 videodev
alias char-major-81-0 ivtv
alias char-major-81-1 ivtv
alias char-major-61 lirc_i2c
options wm8775 debug=0
options tuner pal=B debug=0
options ivtv ivtv_std=2 tda9887=0 ivtv_debug=1 cardtype=2,6
options tda9887 pal=B debug=0
options saa7115 debug=2
options saa7127 i2c_enable=-1 debug=1
options cx25840 i2c_enable=1 fw_file_name=/lib/modules/HcwMakoA.ROM
cardtype=0 debug=1
modprobe cx25840 i2c_enable=1 fw_file_name=/lib/modules/HcwMakoA.ROM cardtype=0
debug=1
modprobe saa7115 debug=1
modprobe ivtv
I can tune on both tuners perfectly when the cards are in the PVR-350
- PVR-150 order.
However, no matter what I do, there is way to have even a line on the TV out.
It seems that loadning the cx25840 driver before ivtv fixed the tuning
issue.. does anyone know if there are other orders dependencies to
consider?
