I have 2+ ghz machine, 512mb of ram, and now a PVR 150MCE. On watching mythtv/playing back recorded shows, playing video w/mplayer, I get jumps in the video even when I just do simple stuff like click on a different application. I am using xinerama and two monitors.
I mean, even when I use firefox and scroll down a page, the video stops. Is it due to a via chipset? I have fc3 and kernel 2.6.11.7 custom.
