As an update, I updated to 2.6.11 and I'm not a ton closer. The bttv
is working properly; the PVR150 just isn't doing much at all. I am
using msp3400.ko and tuner.ko from ivtv 0.3.5h.

I'm at an utter loss. Nothing SEEMS to be wrong, except it just
doesn't work. To test, I'm doing the following:

# ivtvctl -d /dev/video1 -p 6 -u 0x003000 -f width=720,height=480
 #/home/mythtv/ivtv-0.3.5h/utils/ptune.pl --input /dev/video1 --channel 5
 #cat /dev/video1 >test.mpg
# mplayer test.mpg

Here's an example of the result:

http://www.afferentsys.com/~rbsteffes/test.mpg

As you can see, it's not QUITE static and it's not quite solid black.
I don't know what it's doing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
