Well after fidling around, I got the sound working now.. Only thing is, I don't have a clue which setting helped, or if it still works after a reboot. It's a bit of a shame that I did'nt enable debug for the 8775. Now it is working, my wife has confiscated the recordings and I'll have to wait untill tomorrow cause the machine is recording with mythtv right now without any problems at all.

Can I maybe dump some registers from this working setup to compare with a non working config? I cannot say if the sound will work after a reboot, but I'll tell you tomorrow... To be sure, this is my logging and I used the script as stated before (only line in modprobe.conf is tda9887 qss=0).
