Yeah, I really F-ed up PAL and SECAM in 0.3.6b by modifying the
"Chroma subcarrier discrete time oscillator". See my patch in my 1:58pm
(-0400) email "Re: [ivtv-devel] worse with 0.3.6.b [PATCH]" for the two
bytes needed to fix that wacky chroma shift.
Not sure what to do about your svideo b&w and bad sound yet.
