This is causing my decoder to hang.  I can reproduce it every time pretty much 
by doing a 3x RW.  The screen goes black and sits there.  OSD is still 
functional (I can change different FF/RW speeds in myth), but nothing 
happens, and when I hit Play or ESC to exit playback, OSD and everything 
disappears and that's the last of it.  I can still ssh into the box, and 
sometimes if I restart my frontend and then blindly go to Watch TV (since 
it's still black), the tuner status will show up in the corner as if it's 
about to start playback, but nothing ever shows.  The frontend seems to hang 
at that point again.

I think this is happening with 0.3.6d as well.  Nothing shows up in dmesg or 
any other logs - it all acts as if it's just doing normal playback.
