Hi,
I have noticed a problem when I mix several PVR150 cards in the same
chassis, some configured to use a tuner input and others using the composite
inputs. Depending on the order in which these cards are started, the tuner
audio sometimes does not work.
start a tuner card - audio OK from the RF channel.
start a composite card - line in audio OK.
start a tuner card followed by a composite card - both audio channels work
OK.
start a composite card followed by a tuner card - only the line in audio on
the composite card works. I get no audio from the tuner card.
The cards are configures at boot time by issuing several ivtvctl commands -
the only one that is different between the cards is the input setting -p.
I have tried several driver versions - currently running 0.3.2h as my
primary version which has proved pretty stable - and I get the same problem.
Question; Has anyone else seen this behaviour, and does any one have any
clues as to why this behaviour might be happening. I am guessing that there
is a side effect from enabling the composite input that is stopping the
tuner audio, maybe a global setting?
Regards
Pete
