AGP... it's an MX420, although I'm not technically using it, this is a backend 
ONLY machine.  I have to leave the card in though, otherwise BIOS won't let 
it boot.

I replaced the card with a standard card I had laying around that only has VGA 
output (no s-video or anything) and it didn't change anything.

Unfortunately for me, doesn't seem as though it is.  Thanks for the suggestion
