I posted a while back about a firmware read error I was getting and lack of sound with my non-MCE PVR 150.
Just wanted to update the list that I got it working. Turns out that the firmware that I extracted from files posted on the ivtv wiki must have been borked during extraction(I had modified the perl script in the utility directory). I decided to try the firmware from my install CD; HcwMakoA.ROM & HcwFalcn.rom. ivtv complained about not finding ivtv-fw-enc.bin so I renamed the HcwFalcn.rom file to ivtv-fw-enc.bin and everything loaded smoothly and I got both picture & sound :P Works like a champ, on to tackle MythTv now.....
