I'm guessing that the I2C defined parameters are done in the 'obsolete style' in Morten's kernel version, causing it to ignore all non-obsoletely-defined ones. So, either he upgrades to a new kernel, or someone adds the old style paramter definitions, also it seems the other modules (since they all use i2c headers) should have their ifdefs changed to use the obsolete style if they are on kernel <= 2.6.8.
