IMHO ivtv's msp3400.c needs to be converted to use
wait_event_interruptible() instead of the deprecated
interruptible_sleep_on().

Another option would be to attempt something like what occurred in the
kernel's msp3400 module back on 2004/02/05 here:

I considered trying one of them but the solution wasn't immediately obvious
to me when examining ivtv's msp3400 code. Hopefully given those examples,
someone more familiar with ivtv's msp3400.c will give it a go.
