I've got a file on the CD that came with my Diamond PVR-550
called "cxfalcon.rom". I assume this contains the encoder firmware.
How do I extract the firmware from this file so that I get the correct
"ivtv-fw-enc.bin" in /lib/modules?
Should I use ivtvfwextract.pl on the .rom file?
