Hello all,

It is a long time since I haven't posted on the list.
After having fought for a while some months ago to get my pvr350 work
with 0.1x versions of ivtv, I have finally decided to switch to 0.3.7.

All seems to work fine, except one thing : the sound.
I still have my 4049FM5 (type=45) tuner, configured in SECAM.
After analysing the syslogs, I suspect msp3400 not to respond to i2c
commands.
msp3400 only displays the following syslogs :
Jul 21 21:10:18 fantasio kernel: msp34xx: ivtv version
Jul 21 21:10:18 fantasio kernel: msp34xx: init: chip=MSP3418W-A2, has
NICAM support, simple (D) mode, simpler (G) no-thread mode
Jul 21 21:10:18 fantasio kernel: msp34xx: $Id$ compiled on: Jul 21 2005
21:09:51
Jul 21 21:10:18 fantasio kernel: ivtv: i2c attach
[client=MSP3418W-A2,ok]

and then, nothing. Even a "ivtvctl -d /dev/video0 -v
input=2,output=1" (for example) does not make it react. I finally
decided to turn all KERN_DEBUG logs to KERN_INFO in msp3400.c to see if
I have more logs, but msp3400 remains mute...
Did I miss something in the configuration ?
(msp3400 is loaded with options once=1 simple=1 standard=9 debug=1
amsound=1)

Regards,
Bruno
