Nope no cable box, just a direct connection to the cable , the cable
feed should be fine as it works with the tv-wonder card I have in the
same box.

This behavior has been consistent will all the versions of the driver I
have tried including the most recent ( 0.3.7j ). I've seen reports of
other people getting this model/revision/tuner to work and since my
results are consistent I'm guessing it's something I'm doing wrong
rather then the driver. I've pasted the dmesg output for ivtv and the
output for lspci -vvv at the bottom. Anyone have any ideas what I'm
doing wrong or have a possible fix?
