Ok, I've pretty much narrowed down my problems with clock discrepancies to the audio bitrate that my audio card is set to. I have a Chaintech AV710 (uses Via Envy24HT) which seems to have problems playing at 48KHz. I'm not sure if the problem is with the card or my receiver, but there's a lot of clicking and such at 48KHz. I've tried using .asoundrc files that are supposed to convert signals at all frequencies to the frequency set in alsamixer (currently 44100), modifying them to my device indexes. When I use dmix it seems to convert the signal to the correct frequency but when I don't it doesn't. What audio rates are valid for pvr-350s and pvr-150mces?
