First upgrade to 0.3.7k if you haven't done so already. Now remove ALL options lines. None of them should be necessary anymore. You cannot at this moment use sliced VBI (where the VBI data is embedded into the MPEG stream) with the PVR150/500 cards. It still needs some finetuning. You should have no problems at all with the PVR350, though. It sounds more like tuner problems which is why I'm curious to see how it works without all those options.
