i just installed a new pvr 500, first ivtv experience. the first tuner worked immediately out of the box. (great job guys, seriously impressed at the scripts and instructions) the second didn't, but i hadn't looked at it yet.
however now i'm getting spontaneous reboots and no sound is recording. old files play with sound fine. i can't post the dmesg output from work. but i will. is there anything else that is a good log/indicator besides dmesg. any other log file?
