In an effort to make things more accessible, I've disabled the old web page on
http://ivtv.sf.net and redirected it to the Wiki.

Changes to the Wiki:
- Imported the news (from old sf page) into the articles section of the Wiki.
- Updated the forum link
- Changed CVS link to SVN link and disabled CVS on sourceforge.
- Moved the about page to the Wiki so it can be edited by the willing

Changes to SF:
- Home page is now the Wiki instead of the old SF project page.
- Disabled CVS
- Disabled Tasks
- Disabled unused forum
- Added latest 0.2 release to the files seciton
- Added note to remaining forums to use lists instead

TODO for the devs:
- Go through Sourceforge tracker items for Patches and Bug reports so that they
can be closed out and then we can hide/delete those trackers.

What would be helpful is for somebody to step forward to moderate the Wiki a
little. In particular:
- the FAQ section. I can give the necessary permissions to the willing, the
reason not every registered user can admin that is because deleting content was
too easy and non-reversible.
- General content. Things that come to mind are renaming the CvsCheckout page to
SvnCheckout and explaining how to do that, etc.

Please let me know if anybody is willing to do this.
