Different piece of open source software that does the same thing? > As I understand it the trac wiki is for developer and project management. The > other wikis are more general. Simply add a CNAME entry to ivtv.writeme.ch for wiki.ivtvdriver.org and I'll be happy to add that as a virtualhost. Then you can use either ivtv.writeme.ch or wiki.ivtvdriver.org to get to the same thing. > BTW, especially with the redirection of ivtv.sf.net it is hard to find the > place where to subscribe to this mailinglist. Very easy to do, anybody on this list could do it. > In fact, rather than redirecting to writeme.ch wouldn't it be better to > redirect to www.ivtvdriver.org, be presented there with a webpage containing > links to the most important places: That wasn't feasible, since there's no content on www.ivtvdriver.org when I checked. And the reason I redirected to the Wiki was because the community can easily change that page to suit its needs, including all of the below things. Takes only a few minutes to do that. > - subscribe to mailinglist Needs to be added > - mailinglist archives Was already present > - download releases Was already present > - download snapshots Was already present > - svn Added recently > - wiki (one of the two :-) Was already present > - trac URL? > - dl.ivtvdriver.org Added recently > - whatever I've forgotten People are free to add content ;) > This page is static (i.e. not a wiki). Wiki is dynamic, so can be changed to fit the needs. -Claude ------------------------------------------------- This mail sent through IMP: http://horde.org/imp/ ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is Sponsored by the Better Software Conference & EXPO September 19-22, 2005 * San Francisco, CA * Development Lifecycle Practices Agile & Plan-Driven Development * Managing Projects & Teams * Testing & QA Security * Process Improvement & Measurement * http://www.sqe.com/bsce5sf _______________________________________________ ivtv-devel mailing list ivtv-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/ivtv-devel
