None, but I assume trac is being lazy and inserting the utf-8 Subject
wrapper regardless.

The latter - take away the sig, and the mail is OK. Sourceforge's mail
processor shouldn't do this, but...

There's some discussion of trac's behaviour here:

http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/ticket/1754

but it doesn't appear there's any alternative options (yet) to make it
use quoted-printable.
