Hey everyone,
Having some issues with IVTV .. A few days ago watching TV was working
fine, but now all I get is snow on every channel. I upgraded to the
latest subversion release to see if that would fix the problem, but it
persists. I have a somewhat recent PVR-350 card, and I'm using tuner
type 42. I've even tried loading the tuner module with the type=42
parameter instead of using ivtv to set the tuner type. In my
/var/log/messages file (attached below), I've noticed that, for some
reason, the tveeprom module can't get the data from the card. This
started happening some time ago, and the TV stuff has still been working
even with the tveeprom not working. The kernel eeprom module isn't
loaded or anything.
If anyone has ideas to make TV viewing work again, please let me know.
I've even try downgrading back to 0.36.x to see if that would fix it.
Thanks in advance,
J. Ecklund
