Hello Hans. I am having the same tuner on my PVR150MCE as you, and as of SVN2696, i am getting sound from all channels on the card as well. The tuner now detects as a type 68, in rev 2694 it detected as type 38 as you say. I was, however - able to get sound in channels above 196.000 yesterday, using svn2694. I am looking forward to using my radio on this card as well, and i really appreciate you peoples efforts so far in getting these cards to work.
Best regards Niels Hoffmann.
