I don't think I use any module options:

dragonfly ~ # cat /etc/modules.d/ivtv
alias char-major-81 videodev
alias char-major-81-0 ivtv
alias char-major-81-1 ivtv
dragonfly ~ #

dragonfly ~ # cat /etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6
# /etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6: kernel modules to load when system boots.
<SNIP>
sbp2
intel_agp
agpgart
drm
i915
ivtv
dragonfly ~ #

Thanks. I'm getting the same md5sun as you. why the messages?

dragonfly modules # slocate HcwMakoA.ROM
/lib/modules/HcwMakoA.ROM
/home/mark/CODE/PVR-250 Firmware/HcwMakoA.ROM
dragonfly modules # md5sum /lib/modules/HcwMakoA.ROM
3a4803384f749d644ee1f1ca9dcb12fa /lib/modules/HcwMakoA.ROM
dragonfly modules #\
