I'll try and get permission to dismantle the wife's Windross machine and try out the radio in that - I want to get USB traces of the mceusb remote IR blaster anyway as the current lirc release is RX only at present. I'll check out the external audio while I'm at is just ot make sure the hardware is fully working.
