I'm using 0.4.0 with a PVR 500MCE in a myth environment (all rpms from Axel Thimm's repos), and it seems to work just fine. The only oddness I've noticed is when I pause live TV under myth, the volume of disk writes roughly doubles (monitored using xosview), from ~1.1M to ~2.5M - in the 0.3.8/9 days, there was no (obvious) difference when pausing live TV. Is this normal/expected? I'm loading ivtv with no module options, if it matters...
Pausing live TV does absolutely nothing to the ivtv drivers, it continues to capture data to the exact same file as before. Sounds like pausing is making Myth do weird things, though.
