Setting dnr_temporal to non-zero for non-fullsize resolutions leads to 
ghosting. So it's basically useless for those resolutions. Since it generated 
various ghosting complaints from people it was decided that the easiest route 
was just to disable it. So any value you set for dnr_temporal is only in 
effect when capturing fullsize.
