Hi, i just wanted to know if it is possible (and, if yes, how!) to have two capture cards in one pc, where one is a pvr 250 and the other one a askey tview (autodetected, bttv card code: 38). since i get several messages that the bttv driver is missing the modules i should delete (msp3400.ko, tda9887, tuner, tveeprom).
dmesg says: [..] bttv0: using tuner=1 bttv0: i2c: checking for MSP34xx @ 0x80... not found bttv0: i2c: checking for TDA9875 @ 0xb0... not found bttv0: i2c: checking for TDA7432 @ 0x8a... not found bttv0: i2c: checking for TDA9887 @ 0x86... not found [...] The ivtv card is working quite well (brilliant work!) and probably only needs some fine tuning. But I think the bttv tuner is not working. since i get no picture (just the black and white noise). I am using gentoo with a 2.6.13 kernel. I hope somebody can help me! bye, Daniel West Pulse.
