If you go to http://dl.atrpms.net/fc4-i386/atrpms/RPMS.stable/, they are available. Make sure to get the new version of lirc-lib and lirc-lib-devel if you get the new lirc-kmdl. Also you may need the new alsa-kmdl too.
I assume that the repo metadata will get updated soon so you shouldn't have to wait too long if you don't want to install them manually.
