Don't use 0.5.1, use 0.4.0. 0.5.1 is the development series and requires
the audio/video modules from the v4l repository (read README.1ST if you
want to go that way).

Thanks Hans, I reinstalled the knoppmyth r5a26 this morning, using the
.40 drivers, and they worked like a champ ... no configuration changes
on my part (which is odd, because I tried with the .40 and r5a16 which
is nearly the same... but oh well.. I"m working with the .4.0 drivers.
If anyone is having problems under their current config, I recommend
powering the system off, for about an hour, with the power plug
disconnected, download the latest knoppmyth (r5a26 as of this email) and
perform a fresh install.. it worked like a charm!
