You drivers didn't work for me. The reason I was not able to build the driver myself was that I could not find the xorg-x11-sdk package for Mandriva. Then I realized that the xorg package in 2066 version is unreleased 6.9 from CVS :) Leave it to Mandriva ppl to screw you. Anyways I got the xorg-x11-sdk for FC4 for xorg-6.8.2 and I was able to compile the driver and it works now.
The only issue I have is that the display extends beyond my TV screen. I guess I just need to adjust the screen resolution in the xorg.conf file. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks

Attached you can find the xdriver compiled for xorg on my gentoo amd64 box. I
think you should be able to use that. I always copy all 4 files to the xorg
modules/drivers directory...maybe you don't need all 4, I don't know :)
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
Rutger
P.S. compiled with gcc-3.4.4 for xorg-6.8.2, but I don't think that matters
