This is the exactly the point, I am looking for a DXR3 like card, for which linux drivers exist.
Anyone knows such a card ?

He's looking for a *decoder* card. The PVR-150/500 are *encoder*
cards. Only the PVR-350 also has an MPEG decoder, and they're more
expensive. I think maybe he's looking for something like a dxr3, but I
don't know if anyone makes them anymore.
