I see a bunch of posts on this in November about this, and it looks like the problem is solved. Is the fix posted on http://ivtvdriver.org/index.php/Firmware or do I need to pull it from elsewhere? I'm experiencing the same issues with missing sound on some channels with release release 0.4.1.
