What version of the msp3400 module are you using? The one that came with
the kernel, or the one that came with the ivtv driver?

I should have been more clear in the subject "audio stopped working," rather than "no audio in stream".  Audio has been working for these cards for months to years.  I have always been using the ivtv msp3400.  I have not made any kernel or driver changes to the system in over 6 months.  The only variance that I can think of is that they were running alongside a PVR-150 for two days when the audio stopped.
